Course Units

This course unit is a look at the fundamentals of leadership through empowerment and effective delegation.

By the end of this course unit, you will have learnt what empowerment is or how you can use it You will also have worked with some cases where empowerment has been used.

In this training module, we’ll explore the fundamentals of “win-win negotiation.” This is where both parties leave feeling satisfied and enthused by the outcome.

By the end of this course unit, you will have learnt  how to identify negotiation strategies and how to prepare yourself for “win-win negotiations”.

This training module explores how to build your own network and prepare yourself to meet new people.

With this unit, you are going to create a networking map and learn how to establish it but also what an “elevator pitch” is and how to prepare do one.

This unit helps you to improve collaborative skills with a short guide of how to build and maintain an effective team or how to establish partnerships.

Besides, by the end of this, you will have some details about how to be an engaging speaker or how to deal with partnerships.
